We block all emails we considered to be invalid or spam. Sometimes we block valid email addresses. Unlock The Inbox is an active tester of DMARC Policy Compliance. If you have your DMARC Records policy set to "Reject" without proper DKIM and SPF setup. We will not receive your email and therefore cannot respond to it.

Why are my monitoring emails not formatted properly in Hotmail using Google's Chrome Browser?

Hotmail and Chrome currently doesn't play nice with HTML emails using Fixed Table Layouts. Simply use a different browser when viewing your Hotmail.
